20 week belly bump... à mi-chemin!

We had our ultrasound on Friday, it was amazing to peek inside. As tempting as it is to find out the gender in utero, we are going to wait for the big day in May!

Pour ceux qui veulent apprendre le français ou l'anglais d'ailleurs; la traduction! Vendredi dernier nous avons chevauché nos bicyclettes (le yuba - mundo!), pour nous rendre à la clinique afin de faire la première échographie (pour les anglos c'est comme ca qu'on dit). Nous avons vu le/la foetus en action, ça bouge les bras, les pieds, la tête, ça tourne, bref il/elle est en grande forme. Pour savoir si c'est un il, ou un elle, tout comme les futurs parents il faudra attendre le mois de Mai. Je prends les paris...(pas la ville! les bets! non pas les animaux non plus...).

it's official!

Ben and I were married on October 18th at San Francisco City Hall! We were happy to have our sweet and simple civil ceremony on such a gorgeous day. We were married by a lovely Justice of the Peace at the top of the stairs in the rotunda... felt like a cathedral. My parents, Sarah, Todd (a sleeping Anna) and our friend Paul attended and we'd love to have a big casual party with all of our family and friends... details to come (we'd like to do it when Ben's parents visit from France). We had a photographer and are anxiously waiting for his photos, but dad did a great job too!
