she sure cleans up nicely!

wow, a day without rain!

Océanne and her buddy Sadie had fun today at Hawke Park in Mill Valley... taking advantage of a break in the weather!

haute couture!

You can imagine my surprise this morning when I got out of the shower and found this very chic little girl prancing around... Designed by her daddy, this tissue paper ensemble, was fastened by barrettes and created in about 30 seconds (accessorized with a runny nose!). Look out Project Runway!

animal lover...

Last night O bit off Sponge Duckie's tail... as is floated by in the tub she cried and cried... she has a big heart!

sierra cement is good for snowshoeing!

Taking a nice Sunday trek in the woods in Truckee! We didn't luck out with snow this weekend for skiing, but we've been able to enjoy the mountain air! A big thank you to the Youngs-Mizicko's for their home away from home!

*flashback! Last winter in Courchevel... most of her gear still fits!

For the non-Californians: Sierra cement is a term used to define the remnants of wet, heavy snow that has been exposed to freezing temperatures. Sierra cement is usually quite thick, does not melt quickly, and is solid like actual cement... Not ideal for skiing or making snow angels!

what a feeling!

Sorry, but I can't get Flashdance out of my head!! Baby legwarmers are way too cute!

travel high chair...

cruising in the sled...

twenty months! vingt mois!!

when O doesn't feel well...

Ezra doesn't feel well!
They're like E.T. and Elliot!

Our Océanne has been sick, poor thing (the cat is fine). But despite the cough and fever, she can't seem to wipe that little smile off of her face :) Gives us a chance to lay low and play with her coloring books and Pay-Doh! Oh, that smell takes me back.

She's on the mend and will be 100% soon. In the meantime, she's been, as Ben says: a "pot de colle" sticking to mama like glue... awww.

*I've had a few concerns lately as to why Zoe hasn't been in any photos... No worries, she's fine! She's just a little old kitty who sits in the window all day and sleeps on me all night. I'm not quite sure her "maternal instinct" ever kicked in either...
