Out for a little hike behind Bozel. I have alot to do between improving my French and learning how to keep a baby warm and safe from the sun in the mountains... Very different from dressing a baby in California!

Océanne in France!

A smooth flight to Frankfurt and quick hop to Basel, we are now in France for the winter (for those who don't know, Ben is a ski instructor in Courchevel). O finally got to meet her French grandparents (photos to come)!!! We've been at their place in Alsace the past few days and will drive to Courchevel today, they'll follow for Xmas. Océanne was amazing on the flight(s), we lucked out with the bassinet seat and a happy baby, phew! She got to use her French passport on arrival and seems to be right at home... still a bit on California time though!

We took a quick trip to rainy Seattle this weekend with the cats! They're staying with (our hero) Rachel for the winter while we're in France... After a peaceful flight, Ezra found the bathtub and Zoe only hid under the couch for a couple hours. They're in very good hands, but I already miss them... (*disclaimer... this pretty latte was in place for the photo only... we are not fans of hot drinks near babies!)
